We are hoping to add to our team of qualified instructors on a full or part-time basis. We try to reinforce and immerse children in the Spanish language as much as possible, therefore we only speak English when necessary. We aim to teach Spanish using fun and creative teaching methods.
At Spanish for Kids we teach Spanish through a cross-curricular approach. During our activities, we explore and reinforce, Literacy, Maths, Expressive Arts, Social studies, Health and well-being, Science and Religion and moral education. We talk about the Spanish and Latin America culture
Experience and qualifications required:
Must be a Native Spanish speaker.
Must be creative, responsible, imaginative, patient, reliable, professional, confident, innovative, productive and have a positive attitude to teaching.
Ability to work on their own or in a team.
Passionate about teaching Spanish to children (ages 6 months to 12 years).
Vision and dedication to help the team expand our Spanish program.
Excellent communication and customer service skills including being able to collaboratively work with teachers and school directors as a team.
A minimum of two years experience teaching children.
Degree in education, Early childhood or related is preferable.
Higher education in related fields with work experience is essential.
Experience and qualifications can be from abroad this doesn’t necessarily have to be restricted to the UK.
Preferably has a basic level computer skills.
Competitive Salaries dependant on experience.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to classes throughout the day.
